This policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications concerning content on conantarchitects.com. We address all valid claims swiftly and take appropriate action as required by law.
Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that material hosted on conantarchitects.com infringes on your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all the following elements to be considered valid and actionable under the DMCA.
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

DMCA Counter-Notification Process
If your content, such as a design idea or architectural insight, has been removed from conantarchitects.com due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. We will review your submission carefully.
Your counter-notification must be in writing and sent to our Designated Agent. It must contain all of the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you must consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Conant Architects may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
